My wife and I had an exceptional dinner at Hisop in Barcelona this past May 2007-arguably, the highlight of an overall extraordinary week dining in Madrid and Barcelona. The food represented the very best one could expect to find in terms of the "new" Spanish cuisine combined with meticulous attention to the freshest ingredients, preparation and presentation. The wine list was perfectly suited to the menu. And the service was just wonderful; the staff ensured a memorable evening.
